Summary Technical Instructor
In the current situation of the business, the Technical Instructor will deliver high end technical training contents specific to GE Vernova Wind. The instructor is expected to deliver professional training provisions at the learning centers, GE Vernova facilities and as well in the field.Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform training to the quality level of the GE Vernova Global Educational Standards
• Perform training classes for internal GE Vernova, contractors and external customer field technicians.
• Perform High end technical training to customers.
• Perform training on site.
• Deliver On the Job training in the field.
• Support the development and updates of global training material with technical knowledge and teaching methodology.
• Act as a mentor and evaluator for both new instructors and for On the Job mentors in the field.

Desired Qualifications & Characteristics

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent qualification with 8+years experience.
• xe2x80x8bExperience on construction or service sites.
• Technical English in written and oral
• Technical troubleshooting skills at a high level
• Solid instructor and teaching capabilities expected no less than equivalent to GWO Instructor Qualification Training standard
• Solid teaching capabilities both as Instructor Led classroom training as well as in Virtual Reality (desired)
• Ability to climb Wind Turbines as needed as part of field support assignments
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% Domestic / International / offshore
• Outstanding verbal communication skills and ability to comfortably address large audiences
• Independent, Self-motivated
• General technical Wind turbine experience (desired)
• Multi-lingual, English mandatory, a second language favorable (desired) Hindi/French / German
• Strong computer software aptitude & interest, with an ability to learn new concepts quickly and independently.
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
