Key Responsibilities:
? Analyze technical training needs and design instructional strategies that align
with business and learner goals.
? Develop technical training content, including e-learning modules, job aids,
tutorials, simulations, and documentation.
? Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging
learning experiences.
? Collaborate with SMEs, developers, and product teams to ensure technical
accuracy and relevance.
? Use agile instructional design models (e.g. SAM) and adult learning principles to
guide content development.
? Create assessments and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learning
effectiveness.
? Maintain and update training materials in line with product updates and process
changes.
? Work with LMS administrators to publish and track learning content.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology,
Computer Science, or a related field.
? 3+ years of experience designing technical training or instructional content.
? Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning
theory.
? Experience with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe
Captivate).
? Familiarity with technical domains such as software development, cloud
platforms, APIs, or data analytics.
? Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for
diverse audiences.
? Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Preferred Skills:
? Experience with tools like Git, Azure DevOps.
? Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, or other e-learning standards.
? Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or scripting languages is a plus.
? Experience creating content for developer audiences or technical support teams.
