We are looking for an energetic and technically inclined
Inside Sales Representative (0-1 year of experience)
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a passion for technology sales, strong communication abilities, and the willingness to understand and position IT solutions to business clients.
You will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, engaging with prospects, and managing the complete inside sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, and virtual interactions.
Understand client requirements related to
network connectivity, internet solutions, cloud services, and IT infrastructure
.
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and present solutions.
Maintain and update leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
Conduct virtual meetings, demos, and manage the end-to-end inside sales process.
Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Solution Architects for smooth project handover post-sales.
Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Experience
0-1 year of inside sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in networking or infrastructure services.
Basic understanding of
leased lines, firewalls, cloud services, servers
, etc. (Good to have).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar (preferred).
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and strong ownership.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling enterprise IT services or technology-based solutions.
Exposure to interacting with IT decision-makers or technical teams.
Additional training or certifications (e.g.,
CCNA, AWS, ITIL
) will be an added advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Business Administration.
Candidates with relevant IT sales experience or an MBA will be preferred.
