Key esponsibilities:
Handle
end-to-end IT recruitment
(sourcing to offer closure)
Work on
technical requirements
like .NET, Java, Python, Angular, React, QA, DevOps, etc.
Source profiles from
Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
Coordinate with
technical panel & hiring managers
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain
recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Ensure a smooth
candidate experience
Required Skills:
6 months to 2 years of experience in
technical/IT recruitment
Good understanding of
IT technologies & skill sets
Experience with
Boolean search & job portals
Strong
communication and coordination skills
Ability to work on
multiple requirements simultaneously
Preferred:
Experience in
IT staffing / consultancy / corporate hiring
Immediate or short notice joiners preferred
