osition : Technical HR Recruiter

Location : Nagercoil

We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, employee support, and daily HR activities in the company.

What you will do

end-to-end recruitment

(posting jobs, screening, interviews, joining) Give

training and orientation

to new employees Handle

offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters

Maintain

employee records

, attendance, and database Support employees with

queries, issues, and grievances

Take care of

employee relations and employee engagement activities

Help in

performance tracking

and daily HR operations Manage

exit process

, relieving formalities, and documentation Work with management to maintain a

positive and disciplined workplace

Skills Needed

Good communication Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, HR tools) Organization and follow-up skills Positive attitude and friendly approach
