You will be the primary owner of all technical recruitment for the company.
Your job is simple: bring the right technical talent, handle every hiring stage end to end, and maintain strict confidentiality for leadership-level and sensitive roles.
This role demands someone who understands electronics engineering, embedded systems, IoT protocols, firmware stacks, mobile app stacks, QA workflows, and can evaluate resumes with zero handholding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Hiring - End to EndWork directly with leadership to understand needs for Embedded Engineers, Firmware Developers, Electronics Engineers, IoT Developers, QA, App Developers, R&D roles, Protocol Specialists (Zigbee/Z-Wave/KNX/RS485).
Create accurate and technically correct JDs.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, CVViZ, GitHub, engineering forums, and referrals.
Screen resumes for:
Embedded C, C++, FreeRTOS
Electronics fundamentals
IoT protocols: Zigbee, Z-Wave, BLE, KNX, Modbus, MQTT
Mobile app: Flutter, React Native, Android
QA: firmware testing, automation, hardware testing
Conduct HR-technical preliminary interviews to eliminate weak or irrelevant candidates upfront.
Coordinate technical rounds with R&D, firmware, hardware, and app teams.
Manage negotiation, offer rollouts, and confidential hiring for senior technical roles.
2. Candidate Evaluation & Pipeline BuildingEvaluate projects, repositories, portfolio links, and hands-on experience.
Build a strong, long-term pipeline of embedded + IoT + app talent.
Maintain a clean talent tracker with detailed notes, filtering by protocol, experience level, and capability.
3. Confidential HiringHandle sensitive and leadership-level hiring discreetly.
Maintain confidential folders, salary data, negotiation history, and internal decisions strictly private.
4. Hiring Process OwnershipSet up clear interview structures.
Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS, and weekly updates for leadership.
Reduce dependency on technical teams for early-stage filtering by understanding the domain deeply.
Improve time-to-hire and quality-of-hire systematically.
