Specific Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Renewable Energy Engineering is typically required.
Specialized Master's degrees in Solar Energy or related fields can be advantageous.
Experience:
Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the solar industry, with a focus on design, installation, and/or maintenance of solar PV systems.
Hands-on experience with MW-scale solar projects is often preferred.
Proven experience in managing and leading engineering teams.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of solar PV system design principles, component selection, and installation procedures.
Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, Primavera, or MS Project.
Knowledge of electrical system design, load calculations, and energy yield assessment.
Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, including NEC, IEEE, and local regulations.

Ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
