Job Description

Lead and manage the overall technical operations including machine design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

Provide strategic technical guidance to production, design, service, and R&D teams.

Oversee troubleshooting of complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution for internal and client-related concerns.

Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies for all machinery.

Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, manuals, and documentation.

Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and compliance standards across all technical activities.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to improve machine performance, productivity, and process efficiency.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on field feedback, machine performance data, and customer inputs.

Support product development, testing, and optimization in collaboration with the R&D team.

Conduct technical audits and performance reviews of machines and systems.

Train, mentor, and develop technical executives, engineers, and support staff.

Act as the key technical point of contact for major clients, vendors, and external stakeholders.

Plan resource allocation, technical budgets, and timelines for projects and installations.

Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance product innovation.

5-10 years of experience in a senior technical or engineering leadership role within industrial machinery or automation.

Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.

In-depth knowledge of machine installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing cross-functional coordination.

Strong understanding of technical drawings, CAD layouts, and engineering documentation.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, audits, and client meetings.

Pay: ₹9,338.15 - ₹46,823.85 per month
