Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all technical operations within the organization. Review and approve engineering designs and specifications for construction projects. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Coordinate with project managers to develop and implement project execution plans. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering and construction teams. Conduct regular technical audits and performance evaluations of ongoing projects. Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative construction techniques and technologies.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes. Exceptional project management skills, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
