Key Responsibilities:

Thorough quality check of the reports submitted by report writer Identify the gaps & ensure the corrections within the TAT Ensure that all reports are compliant with regulatory standards. Maintain consistency, quality, and accuracy across all valuation reports. Provide constructive feedback to report writers Proofread reports carefully for grammar, spelling, consistency, and technical accuracy. Manage deadlines to ensure timely delivery of reports to internal reviewers or clients. Identify training needs & conduct training sessions regularly.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

BE or B. Tech Civil 2-4 years of experience in report writing, property valuation, or a similar role. Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to interpret real estate terminology, property data, and valuation methods. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and report formatting. Good understanding of property markets, property types, and valuation concepts. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple assignments under tight deadlines. Leadership quality is
