The requirement is for Technical Support Engineer. We require two male candidates.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, servers, and network devices. Creating user accounts and performing access control. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing the impact of issues. Provide desktop and helpdesk support, making sure all Hardware and Software related issues are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. Meeting with the user to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues. Providing technical support via remote-access systems. Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, Servers, Desktops, Laptops, Anti-Virus software, and Microsoft Email System. Tracking and managing work records.IT asset inventory management. Maintain documentation and technical specifications and best practices.

Skills & Experience Required:

0-2 years of experience as Desktop Support Engineer / IT administrator in to IT Industry. Ability to respond to help desk requests after-hours on a limited basis.
