About the internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Entering data into Microsoft Excel.
2. Activating and renewing SIM cards.
3. Troubleshooting and testing devices.
4. Providing remote support via video calls.
5. Taking inbound calls and maintaining records of customer complaints.
6. Coordinating with hardware or software teams to resolve customer queries.
7. Providing solutions to customers within specified deadlines.

Who can apply

Other requirements
1. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
2. Good communication.
3. Pro-active approach.
4. Humble coordination with clients.
5. The basics of electronics must be clear.
6. Should be aware of communication protocols, modules, microcontrollers, AVR, I2C, and UART.
