Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery

Conduct offline, instructor-led training sessions across major technical domains. Deliver concepts using structured modules, real-world examples, and hands-on practice. Facilitate assessments, assignments, and project-based learning to reinforce concepts. Monitor learner progress, clarify doubts, and address individual learning gaps. Maintain an engaging classroom environment to ensure high participation and discipline. Prepare and update session plans, training schedules, and learning outcomes for each batch.

Technical Expertise

Deliver training in core technical areas including:

Programming:

Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript

Full Stack Development:

Frontend, Backend, Frameworks

Data & Analytics:

SQL, Data Visualization, Excel, Power BI

Cloud Technologies:

AWS, Azure, GCP (basics to intermediate)

Software Tools & Technologies:

Git, DevOps fundamentals, APIs Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate the latest industry developments into training sessions. Provide hands-on demonstrations, code walkthroughs, and practical examples to enhance technical understanding. Assist learners in building technical projects, portfolios, or case studies to validate their skills.
