Job Title: Technical Trainer (Engineering) - On Site

We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer with a background in Engineering to join our team at Gurgaon, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma). This position requires you to work from our On Site location of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver training programs for engineering concepts, tools, and techniques. Create engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning. Conduct training sessions virtually, catering to the needs of various learning styles. Collaborate with internal teams to customize training programs based on organizational needs. Assist in the development of training schedules, curriculum, and training materials.
Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) is essential. Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role in the engineering field. Strong presentation and communication skills. Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical information effectively. Proficiency in using various training methodologies and tools.
