About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled
Software Trainer
who can deliver effective technical training sessions to students or professionals on various software tools, programming languages, and development methodologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on coding experience and a flair for teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions on programming languages, software tools, and technologies (e.g., Java, Python, C/C++, Web Development, etc.).
Develop training materials, assignments, projects, and assessments.
Assess learners' progress through tests, code reviews, and practical tasks.
Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during sessions and lab work.
Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate relevant updates into training.
Customize training content based on audience (students, working professionals, freshers).
Coordinate with academic/career teams to align training outcomes with placement goals.
Maintain detailed training reports and feedback logs for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience as a trainer or software developer with training responsibilities.
Strong knowledge in at least two of the following:
Programming: Java, Python, C/C++
Web Technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React
Databases: SQL, MySQL, MongoDB
Tools: Git, VS Code, Eclipse, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and classroom management skills.
Experience with both offline and online training formats.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with LMS platforms or online teaching tools.
Certification in any programming language or training methodology.
Prior experience in edtech or technical institutes is a plus.
