Job Title: Estate Officer (Facility)

Job Location: jaipur

Experience: 4-5 yrs.

How can you make an Impact?

Regular Training for all levels of staff to improve efficiency of technical staff

Preparation of daily/weekly/reports of electromechanical equipments

Liaising with the local authorities

Operation and preventive measures of lift, cctv , firefighting , DG system and STP

Documentation and record of servicing carried out of all equipments and timely procurement of spare parts

Maintaining records of snag and replacement of parts for data analysis

Planning and solving customer response mechanism to speedy redress and complaints
