Mission of the Role

To assist in coordinate, support and monitor for technical requirements for VOC programmes smooth operations of the India EO and all offices under India executing office while ensuring that all processes are followed within the VOC Standard Operating Procedures and ISO 17020/ ISO 17065/ISO 9001 principles.

Key Responsibilities

Reviewing initial documents for VoC nominations before sending for RO approval, against SoP and ISO 9001 / 17020/ ISO 17065/ IFIA directives.

Ensuring that the VoC programme files are in compliance with the SoP and understanding the scope of work and compliance requirements as per applicable standards.

Drive and develop SQM (Standard Quality mark) program under SASO Saber program by doing sales and marketing.

Conduct regular audits as per SASO SABER program under SQM requirements.

Contribution towards good co-ordination between all offices for checking conformity documents as and when requested

Continuous acquisition and maintenance of technical knowledge of the VOC procedures

Execution of additional tasks as assigned

Be an active contributor and support a team-oriented office environment.

Liaise with the line Managers to ensure the establishment of necessary systems to support the effective implementation and management of quality control activities.

Qualifications, Experience and Technical Skills

Bachelor of Engineering, CIVIL / Mechanical Engineering

Completion of ISO 9001 Lead Auditor with at least evidence of four audit man-days as lead Auditor.

Total 3-5 years of experience in Audit and Saber
