Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil Engineering
Location: Residential Project Sites

Supervise and monitor all fit-out works at residential sites.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution.
Ensure quality control and adherence to drawings, specifications, and safety norms.
Conduct snagging and de-snagging of apartments and common areas before client possession.
Follow up on rectification works to ensure timely closure.
Manage material requirements and ensure proper site readiness.
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight delays or site issues.
Support the handover process as per company standards.
