Key Responsibilities:
Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance for electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
Monitor daily facility operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Coordinate with vendors for technical services, AMC activities, and procurements.
Inspect client sites regularly and prepare maintenance checklists, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory requirements, and company standards.
Support project teams in installation, repairs, and upgrades of technical systems.
Handle BMS (if available), utility monitoring, and energy management activities.
Respond to emergencies and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly.
Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Provide technical support to clients and ensure high service quality.
