Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Technical Executive

to manage the installation, maintenance, and servicing of industrial machinery. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with machinery, and the ability to provide efficient support to both internal teams and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

installation, calibration, and maintenance

of company machinery and equipment. Conduct

technical inspections

and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues. Coordinate with the

production and sales teams

to ensure timely dispatch and technical support. Handle

customer complaints or service requests

by providing on-site or remote assistance. Maintain detailed

service records, maintenance logs, and reports

. Ensure all machinery complies with

safety and operational standards

. Work closely with the

R&D and quality teams

for product improvement feedback. Provide

technical training or demonstrations

to clients or internal staff as required.

Requirements:

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

Experience:

1-3 years in machinery servicing, installation, or maintenance (freshers with strong technical knowledge can also apply).

Skills:

Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot technical problems independently. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting. Willingness to travel for client site visits or installations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
