Facility Technical ExecutiveA Facility Executive is responsible for maintaining, operating, and improving building systems and infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of commercial or industrial facilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBuilding Systems ManagementMonitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems



Perform preventive maintenance on building equipment and systems



Troubleshoot and resolve facility-related issues promptly



Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards



Project ManagementPlan and oversee facility improvement projects and renovations



Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers



Manage project budgets, timelines, and quality standards



Conduct feasibility studies for building modifications



Operations & MaintenanceDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs



Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities



Monitor energy consumption and implement efficiency improvements



Ensure 24/7 building operations and emergency response capabilities



Daily, weekly, monthly reports and analysis



supporting for MMR, QBR with client



Safety & ComplianceConduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments



Ensure compliance with OSHA,NFPA fire safety, and environmental regulations



Manage emergency preparedness and response procedures



Maintain building certifications and permits



Required QualificationsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree/ Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, preferred)



6-7 years of facility management or building engineering experience



Experience with commercial building systems and operations



Technical SkillsProficiency in building automation systems (BAS)



Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems



Familiarity with energy management and sustainability practices



Computer skills including, CMMS platforms



Managing fire safety systems



Ensuring EHS standards at workplace



Certifications (Preferred)Wiremen/supervisor license by Dept of Electrical inspectorate



Key CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills



Excellent communication and project management abilities



Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure



Leadership skills for managing teams and contractors
