Job Title: Technical Executive, Facilities Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Executive to join our real estate services team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of our facilities operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the technical shift operations of all facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the longevity and efficiency of facility equipment and systems. Oversee and coordinate major repair projects, renovations, and new installations. Analyze and optimize energy consumption, implementing energy-saving initiatives where possible. Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and environmental standards. Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, including supervisors, technicians, and contractors. Develop and manage monthly inventory for technical operations, maintenance . Conduct regular facility audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and potential issues. Collaborate with other departments to align technical operations with overall business objectives. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices, recommending, and implementing improvements as appropriate.
