Job Description

Key Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage technical operations across cutting, sewing, and finishing departments Provide technical guidance on garment construction, sewing methods, and workflow optimization Analyze production processes to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and control costs Support line balancing, SMV improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives Ensure adherence to quality standards and buyer specifications Collaborate with production, QA, and merchandising teams to resolve technical issues Assist in training and skill development of supervisors and operators Support new style adoption, pilot runs, and bulk production execution

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

Degree/Diploma in Garment Technology, Fashion Technology, or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in an apparel manufacturing environment Subject to Pant/Jacket above 50SMV to 120 SMV range Strong knowledge of sewing operations, garment construction, and production planning Hands-on experience with productivity improvement and quality control Ability to troubleshoot technical and production-related challenges Strong communication and team coordination skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
