What this job involves?

• Assume responsibility for the completion of assigned tasks.
• On-time Tracking & Closing of the Abnormalities of the Online monitoring Systems (BMS, LMS, EMS, etc..) which don\xe2\x80\x99t impact the daily Operations.
• AMC & technical services invoice processing with respect to BMS.
• Support team to achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
• Supporting Documentation & File management with respect to equipment, R & R.
• On Time Escalating on Vendor Performance & Co-ordination.
• In Case Any Abnormalities /Critical active alarms are noticed then inform to Respective SPOC as per the escalation Matrix.
• In case of any issues under vendor Scope need to Co-ordinate & get the issues resolved and stabilized.
• Check the Operational Availability of all the equipment, and report as per the Escalation matrix if any equipment\xe2\x80\x99s unable to control and operate through BMS.
• Closely monitoring the Cooling temp and Electrical loads of CEM Areas (Data Centers/Lab, etc..).
• Critical Alarm Verification on the BMS System Bi-Monthly of CEM areas and the report needs to get shared as per the escalation matrix.
• Supporting on Preparation of G-Form with respect to CEIG monthly till Submission to the CEIG office.
• Maintaining Abnormality tracker of BMS and need to share monthly with Chief Engineer.
• Energy Meters &Flow Meters verification (Physically) need to be done on a quarterly basis.
• Weekly Life Safety Systems (LSS) Snags Tracking and Following up with the Vendor till Closure.
• Support to Maintain Lift Abnormality Tracker.
• Support on Scheduling the OEM training as per the 52-Week Planner.
• On-time Submission & Tracking of Monthly, Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Annual AMC invoices with respect to BMS(Operations) from Vendors.
• Support the preparation of a critical spares list for all installations as per the manufacturer\xe2\x80\x99s recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams.
• Support on Maintaining Inventory tracker and purchasing of spares and consumables for MEP as per the instructions.
• Support on HSD yard management, Tracking the HSD Level, and Re-ordering based on the Site Requirement as per the Standards laid down.
• Updating Weekly Proactive Tickets Tracker.

Skilled on the job

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in Facility management, including overseeing Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
• Flexibility to respond to emergencies or urgent situations outside regular working hours.

Demonstrate your expertise in interacting with a wide range of clients and staff\xe2\x80\x94that\xe2\x80\x99s why impeccable people skills will be a handy talent. Likewise, must show your aptitude in developing improvement initiatives. You must also display flexibility in managing daily activities using various systems.
