Job Title: Technical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Technical Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems or products. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and solutions to clients and internal teams

Install, test, and maintain software/hardware systems

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues

Coordinate with development and engineering teams for product improvements

Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user manuals

Ensure timely resolution of technical problems

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Proven experience in a technical support or engineering role

Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, or software tools

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
