We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Solar Technician to handle installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical knowledge and field experience in solar projects.
Key Responsibilities
Install, commission, and maintain solar rooftop systems
Perform site surveys and assist in system layout planning
Handle wiring, inverter installation, and panel mounting
Troubleshoot and repair solar system faults
Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks
Ensure safety standards and quality guidelines are followed
Coordinate with engineers and service teams
Maintain service and installation reports
Candidate Requirements
Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related trade
Experience: 1-3 years in solar installation or electrical field (preferred)
Knowledge of inverters, batteries, and solar panels
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
Willingness to travel within Kollam district
Good teamwork and problem-solving skills
