CTG is seeking to fill a Technical Engineer IV opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Overview
We are seeking senior Splunk Engineers or Architects with Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or Splunk Core Certified Consultant certifications. This role provides specialized expertise in Splunk solutions and supports technology initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to meet organizational needs
Lead infrastructure architecture, system design, and technology standards initiatives
Conduct testing, integration, and user acceptance of technical solutions
Collaborate with business partners and vendors to gather requirements and implement solutions
Mentor and review work of junior engineers and technical staff
Maintain knowledge of applications, systems, and vendor technologies
Ensure compliance with company risk, regulatory, and audit standards
Promote diversity, inclusion, and best practices in technology
Required Qualifications
Senior-level experience in Splunk architecture, SIEM design, and engineering
Splunk Enterprise Certified Architect or Splunk Core Certified Consultant certification
Minimum 8 years combined higher education and/or professional experience in systems design, management, or architecture
Strong understanding of IT service management, infrastructure lifecycle, and system development
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
Experience translating complex business requirements into technical implementations
Advanced problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $53.20 to $88.65/hour. Salary offers are based on factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and licensure or certifications obtained.
