. The ideal candidate should be capable of carrying out technical site work, troubleshooting, and supporting installation and maintenance of solar systems or other electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Use and understand
multimeter
and
earth tester
for diagnostics and measurement.
Perform
basic electrical testing
including voltage, current, continuity, and grounding tests.
Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of
solar power systems
(on-grid/off-grid).
Conduct
preventive and breakdown maintenance
at project or client sites.
Maintain proper records of technical site visits, work performed, and components used.
Work with the IT team to assist in basic
network setup
, device configuration, or remote monitoring setup.
Coordinate with seniors and follow standard safety protocols and technical procedures.
Provide on-site or remote support as required.
Required Skills:
Practical knowledge of using
multimeter
and
earth tester
.
Basic understanding of
solar system components
(panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
Ability to identify common solar faults and basic rectification.
Basic IT knowledge
(networking, remote monitoring tools, software installation, etc.).
Ability to read basic electrical diagrams and wiring layouts.
Good communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to client/project sites as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working on
rooftop solar projects
or
electrical fieldwork

Knowledge of
remote solar monitoring platforms
(optional but a plus).
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, or Renewable Energy.
