Technical content lead, Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestration
Primary responsibility to plan, create and deliver technical content for the product and related offerings
Works closely with product managers, architects and engineering teams to understand content needs
Collaboratively creates and updates technical content of different types, including training material, in an iterative manner with quick turnaround
Understands and empathizes with various users of technical content across sales, support, services and partners
Adheres to industry and company best practices and standards for technical content
Tracks effectiveness and adoption of content and is able to make course corrections as required"

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
Independently understand, plan, execute and deliver technical content for sales, support, services and partners
6 years of proven experience in technical content creation including technical whitepapers, technical briefs, brochures, blogs, web-content, datasheets, client presentations for software products
Proven technical content creation expertise working in conjunction with software product/services teams
Proficient in translating complex technologies/concepts into easy-to-understand content with creativity
Strong ability to story tell with clarity and impact
Eye for detail with ability to understand software products and technologies and convert them into content for consumption by sales, services and customers
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
At least 5 years experience working in IT/software domain
Strong multi-tasking skills with ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering At least 5 years IT industry work experience
