About you and the role:
As an Associate Commercial Excellence Specialist / Technical Email Campaign Specialist, Marketing Operations you will be responsible for executing and optimizing high-impact email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua. Your role combines hands-on campaign execution with strategic oversight and technical expertise, ensuring quality, compliance, and performance across all campaign initiatives. Reporting to Dow's Global Commercial Excellence function, you will perform the core responsibilities of an Email Campaign Specialist while also acting as a technical mentor and subject matter authority supporting team members with Eloqua-related queries, troubleshooting complex setups, and driving continuous improvement through regular audits and best practice implementation.
Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution & Technical Oversight: Collaborate with Marketing Communications and stakeholders to create visually engaging email templates and content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Manage audience segmentation and troubleshoot technical issues in campaign setup and asset configuration.
• Eloqua Platform Management: Design, build, and deploy email campaigns, landing pages, and forms using Oracle Eloqua. Implement and test lead scoring models to optimize automatic lead qualification, and ensure seamless integration with CRM systems.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key email metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), generate actionable reports, manage Campaign IDs for tracking, and lead A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Quality Assurance & Auditing: Maintain high standards of data hygiene and privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR), conduct regular audits of campaign setups and workflows, and identify gaps or risks to recommend corrective actions.
• Team Support & Enablement: Provide hands-on guidance and training on Eloqua functionality, resolve complex campaign challenges, and document best practices to enhance team efficiency and consistency.
• Critical Success Factors: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, urgency in meeting deadlines, a proactive approach to troubleshooting, and an analytical, customer-centric mindset.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaborate effectively across diverse teams, and engage stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or Technology or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Eloqua and B2B campaign management.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Eloqua, including end-to-end campaign setup, Proficiency in HTML/CSS, email design, segmentation, automation workflows, landing page creation, lead form set up, and audience management. Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide data-driven insights. Well versed with Eloqua integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Eloqua Master Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) and CDPs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and campaign reporting.
• Knowledge of global email compliance standards and data protection laws.
