The opportunity:
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in the creation and modification of lithography masks, which are essential for the production of our state-of-the-art semiconductor products. You will collaborate closely with engineers and various specialist departments to successfully execute projects and drive product enhancements.
How you'll make an impact:
You will design and adapt lithography masks using advanced CAD tools, ensuring alignment with product specifications and manufacturing requirements.
You will support the engineering and development of mask layouts for new product introductions, applying deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external mask suppliers to ensure accurate and timely execution of mask-related projects.
You will manage and maintain technical drawings and documentation with a strong emphasis on traceability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
You will ensure mask designs meet quality, manufacturability, and performance standards throughout the product lifecycle.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You have completed formal education in Technical Drafting or Design Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.
Extensive experience in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor), ideally including DW2000.
Demonstrated expertise in the creation, adaptation, and management of technical drawings and design documentation.
Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and their impact on mask design and layout.
Proficient in supporting systems such as Access and SAP, familiarity with MES environments is a strong asset.
In-depth knowledge of applicable industry norms and standards.
Structured, independent approach to work with a high level of precision and accountability.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
