Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Technical Document Writer

to create high-quality technical content, documentation, and proposal materials. The ideal candidate will have strong technical understanding, excellent writing skills, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, user-friendly documents for various audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Create content for

RFP proposals, brochures, case studies, and marketing collateral.

2.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for software systems, APIs, features, and architectures.

3.Write technical specifications, design documents, user manuals, and process flows.

4.Collaborate with

developers, QA, DevOps, and managers

to gather technical information.

5.Develop

user guides, admin manuals, and operation instructions.

6. Maintain documentation versions aligned with release cycles and feature updates.

7.Follow documentation standards, templates, and formatting guidelines.

8.Create

architecture diagrams, data flows, UI mockups, and workflow illustrations

using relevant tools.

9.Prepare release notes, bug-fix summaries, and update logs for each software version.

10.Validate documentation with engineers and subject matter experts (SMEs).

Required Qualifications:

1.

B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA/PG

with minimum 60% Aggregate.

2.Relevant certification in content writing, Graphic Design.

3. Minimum 5 years of experience in

technical writing for IT/software products.

Skills & Experience:

1.Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.

2.Experience preparing documentation for

proposals, RFPs, marketing collateral, and technical case studies.

3.Proficiency in MS Office, documentation tools, and content management systems.

4.Ability to create flowcharts, architecture diagrams, and technical presentations.

5. Strong communication skills (verbal & written).

6.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
