Tech from a recognized University. . 14+ years\' experience. Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities Owning Technical Delivery and Project Management responsibilities Overseeing the work and/or development of multiple colleagues working on complex projects across multiple disciplines Independent technical review for projects of moderate complexity Sound work experience in UK water sector for the following, but not limited to, Treatment Plants & Pumping Stations Flood Protection Facilities Hydraulics for Treatment plants and gravity conveyance systems Experience in Utilities - Wet and Dry, will be an added advantage Task management activities for Arcadis GEC India team Guide regional team / clients through the technical decision-making process and provide alternative solutions as required Engaging in global activities and lead team members for the same Ensure management and financial controls Develop/ Review plans and budgets for your projects Develop design methodologies for complex projects by carrying out appropriate research. Engaging in the creative and innovative development of engineering technology and continuous improvement of systems Leading the development of team training plans and make a major contribution to upskilling and training. Provide design input to CAD/BIM and co-ordinate with CAD/BIM staff for preparation of drawings. Liaison with other team members to produce good design solution as per best design practice. Compliance of Arcadis business management system. Health & Safety Management, awareness to CDM regulations Awareness of Sustainability best practices Awareness of Arcadis digital strategies and takes interest and initiatives aligning towards digitalization. Required Competencies Familiar with British and other International standards and practices. Ability to lead complex projects Basic knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit Good knowledge of Microsoft office. A strong, self-motivated and assertive person capable of working under pressure. Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels Flexible to adopt new work /challenge work as per business requirement.
