Mandatory Skill: Software Development (Java/C) + domain exp in communication/Network protocols + System Design & Architecture + People Management | Cloud (AWS/Azure)

Role:

Individual will be leading the end-to-end roadmap & delivery of a product for all clients across globe. Individual should have maturity to handle the complexity of such an extensive role with good people management.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of delivering complex projects

Strong hands-on experience in Java development and system design.

Deep understanding of SIP, RTP, UDP, and real-time communication protocols.

Proven expertise in MySQL and Oracle performance tuning and query optimization.

Solid grasp of network programming, multithreading, and low-latency systems.

Experience in performance engineering and troubleshooting complex system bottlenecks.

Familiarity with Agile frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.

Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible, Selenium) and scripting.

Applied cloud-native principles to optimize application scalability and maintainability, leveraging container orchestration and automated deployment pipelines.

Proficient Project Management in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, supported by tools such as Jira and MS Project for sprint planning, backlog grooming, and milestone tracking etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
