Lead and manage a team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying low-code applications.
Drive end-to-end solution delivery -- from requirement gathering and design to implementation and support.
Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in coding standards, architecture, integration, and security across all platforms.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
7-12 years of experience in software development, including
7+ years
in a lead or senior developer role.
Hands-on experience in one or more low-code platforms:
Unqork, Appian, Mendix, or Pega.
Strong understanding of application architecture, APIs, integrations, workflows, and data modeling.
