VACANCY FOR Technical Design Engineer

The position / About the Job:

• Drafting of P&ID, layout, and detail drawings for projects.
• Develop detailed piping 3D model / layout, Isometric drawings and material specifications based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, Project managers and other stakeholders to understand project objectives and constrains.
• Use computer-aided drafting (CAD), Auto CAD, Inventor, Cadison etc. to develop P&ID, layouts, drawings, and designs in 2D and 3D.
• Develop item lists.
• Coordinate with Project Engineer and Project Manager for planning of own design activities in assigned projects.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Provide technical Support to Order handlers, Sales engineers, Project managers, Engineers, workshops, and Buyers.
• Provide technical support during the construction phase and address any design related issues.

Who you are?

• Qualification can be BE / B. Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Good command on 2D and 3D (Cadison) / AutoCAD & Knowledge of Inventor, Diploma in Piping.

Skills

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong understanding of Hygienic design, Industry codes and standards (ASME, EN standards)
• Proficiency in using Inventor, Cadison and AutoCAD.
• Experience in Separator, RO, and FWG modules.
• Experience with systems/projects like what Alfa Laval builds.
• 5-10 year of experience as a CAD Designer.
