Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies using software such as SolidWorks, Fusion 360, NX, Creo, and Ansys.
Analyze product performance through simulation tools and validate designs for functionality, safety, and durability.
Conduct virtual product testing and suggest design improvements based on simulation results.
Create detailed technical data sheets and documentation for each product design.
Collaborate with product development, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure feasibility and functionality of designs.
Maintain and organize design files, BOMs, and version control of models.
Provide support during prototype development and implementation stages.
Use MS Office tools effectively for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Experience:
0-1 years of relevant experience in product design and simulation.
Software Proficiency:
SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Siemens NX, Creo, Ansys (FEM/CFD tools), and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
