Technical Delivery Manager Web & Mobile (Individual Contributor) : Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager Web & Mobile (Individual Contributor) Location: Mumbai Rtech / Gcorp Reporting To: Head - Engineering & Application Job Overview: The Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) is responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects within defined timelines, scope, and quality standards. The role bridges business objectives and technical execution, ensuring alignment across architecture, development, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple technology projects or workstreams. - Define project scope, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.



Ensure technical feasibility, quality assurance, and adherence to architectural standards. - Drive sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management. - Manage dependencies, risks, and issue resolution across teams. - Track project KPIs (effort, cost, quality, and timelines) and report delivery status to leadership. Coordinate across development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams for smooth execution. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT delivery management or technical program management. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum, DevOps).

Proven experience managing complex, multi-team or enterprise-scale projects. Good technical background in cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and CI/CD. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
