Job Description

The

Technical Delivery Manager

is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet business and quality expectations. The role involves coordinating between cross-functional teams including engineering, product, QA, and business stakeholders to drive successful project execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the

planning, execution, and delivery

of multiple technology projects and initiatives. Collaborate with

project managers, architects, developers, and QA teams

to ensure smooth delivery and alignment with technical goals. Define and manage

project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables

. Ensure adherence to

agile/scrum methodologies

and best practices across teams. Drive

technical excellence

and ensure adherence to architecture, coding, and security standards. Track and report

delivery status

, risks, and issues to leadership and stakeholders. Manage

resource allocation, workload balancing, and capacity planning

for delivery teams. Facilitate

technical discussions

and help resolve delivery roadblocks and dependencies. Work closely with clients or business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical deliverables. Drive

continuous improvement

in delivery processes, tools, and performance metrics.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Strong understanding of

software development lifecycle (SDLC)

and agile delivery frameworks. Hands-on experience with

project management tools

(e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). Proven ability to manage

multiple projects

in a fast-paced environment. Excellent

stakeholder management, communication, and leadership

skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Technical background in

software development, cloud, or infrastructure
