We are looking for a

Technical Delivery Manager

with

15-20 years of experience

and strong expertise in

software delivery, architecture, and team management

. The role involves driving multiple projects, managing large teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and software products. Manage teams of 50+ engineers across development, testing, BA, UI/UX, and release management. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet SLA/acceptance criteria. Collaborate with solution architects and stakeholders for design, architecture, and implementation. Implement continuous improvement practices and process guidelines across projects. Engage with clients and vendors to manage relationships effectively.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience as a

Technical Delivery Manager

or similar senior delivery role. Strong knowledge of

SDLC

,

Agile/Scrum

,

project estimation and planning

. Expertise in

design patterns, SOA, REST, DevOps, microservices, containerization

. Experience with

enterprise application delivery

,

migration projects

, and

large team management (50+ people)

. Strong understanding of

API/middleware

,

SLA management

, and

project scheduling tools (MPP/Microsoft Project)

.

Desired Skills

Hands-on experience with

BPM, React, low-code platforms, or process automation

. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
