Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom B2B solutions and manage stakeholder expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact between business, technical, and client teams.
Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and product managers.
Drive agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years
of total experience with at least 3 years in a delivery management role.
Strong
technical background
(e.g., software engineering, system architecture).
Hands-on experience managing
Telco B2B projects
is
mandatory
.
Proven knowledge of
Agile methodologies
and best practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with BRB (Business Rule Engine) in telecom solutions.
Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
