We are seeking a

Technical Delivery Team Lead

to oversee our onsite development team in

Gurugram, while working closely with our remote IT Director in the UK.

This role is

both people-focused and delivery-driven

--you will ensure 100% utilisation of developers, keep morale high, reduce attrition risk during the project, manage delivery timelines, and ensure alignment with budget constraints. You will act as the

primary liaison

between the developers and senior management, bridging technical execution with business objectives.

In addition to core responsibilities, you will

drive AI readiness

by testing, evaluating, and rolling out suitable AI agents across departments,

promoting vibe coding

, and exploring ways to embed AI-powered features into our SaaS product for competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Core Leadership & Delivery



Lead, mentor, and manage the onsite software development team. Act as the key link between developers, the remote IT Director, and senior management. Ensure on-time project delivery, scope adherence, and alignment with budget. Track and maximise developer utilisation for full productivity. Use Jira (or similar tools) for sprint planning, task allocation, and delivery tracking. Monitor and maintain CI/CD pipelines; work with DevOps for smooth deployments. Resolve team conflicts, keep morale high, and maintain a collaborative culture. Maintain up-to-date documentation for processes and systems.

AI Adoption & Integration



Drive readiness and pilot AI agents across multiple departments (sales, recruitment,
compliance, finance, operations).

Promote vibe coding practices to improve development speed and quality. Identify and integrate AI-powered features into the SaaS CRM product. Evaluate emerging AI technologies for business value and feasibility.

Must-Have Skills & Experience



9+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or project
management role.

Proven track record in SaaS product development; CRM or recruitment CRM domain
experience preferred.

Strong grasp of web technologies (Django, React, PostgreSQL/MySQL, AWS) - hands-on
coding not required but must guide and review effectively.

Experience managing end-to-end delivery in Agile environments. Experience in handling Cyber and data security across the platforms and organization. Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps pipelines, Git workflows. Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills. Exposure to AI platforms (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML) and AI-assisted
coding tools (GitHub Copilot etc.).

Preferred Skills



Hands-on experience embedding AI into SaaS products. Familiarity with education recruitment technology. Experience working with UK/European teams. Cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS, Azure). Expertise in Prompt Engineering on various AI platforms
