We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support to customers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth user experience with our products or services. This is a customer-facing position that requires strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a solid technical foundation.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, or service usage.
Escalate complex problems to Tier 2/3 support or engineering teams as needed.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to use products and services effectively.
Document customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
Identify recurring issues and communicate feedback to product or engineering teams for improvement.
Assist with software installations, updates, and configuration as needed.
Educate customers on best practices and product features to improve user satisfaction.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
Strong technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with [insert relevant tools/platforms like Windows, macOS, SaaS platforms, networking, etc.].
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with challenging situations.
Experience with CRM and ticketing systems .
