Key Responsibilities:
Understand our software inside-out and assist customers with their queries
Provide support via phone, WhatsApp, and email
Train clients on how to use the software during onboarding
Document and escalate issues or bugs to the technical team
Follow up with users to ensure timely resolution and satisfaction
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with the product team
What We're Looking For:
A degree in
engineering
or
technical background
preferred
Quick learner who can understand new software and workflows fast
Problem-solving mindset with good communication skills
Fluency in Hindi and basic English (Gujarati/Marwari is a plus)
Prior experience in a support or customer-facing tech role is a bonus
Friendly, calm, and professional attitude while dealing with customers
