Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Customer Service professional located in Gurugram. The individual will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Daily tasks include managing customer communications, providing effective resolutions, and documenting interactions to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Skills in Phone Etiquette and delivering excellent Customer Service
Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through effective communication
Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting abilities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and provide timely support
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Previous experience in a technology or digital signage-related domain is a plus
