Required skills -



Strong technical background. Experience in voice-based processes. Ability to clearly explain technical concepts to customers. Demonstrated analytical thinking -- capable of analyzing issues and proposing solutions rather than relying only on theoretical knowledge. Neutral or minimal accent (slight accent is acceptable). Experience interacting with international clients. Proven ability to assist, explain, and guide users during onboarding or support processes via video calls or voice calls.

Good to Have -



Prior experience handling a SaaS product or software application. Experience conducting demos or training sessions for users or clients.

Eligibility

: BCA / MCA / B.Tech (Computer Science) or any computer-related field only.

1-3 years of experience

Monday to Friday

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
