Key Responsibilities
Provide
technical support
to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Assist in
installation, configuration, and maintenance
of IT systems and applications.
Utilize
CorelDRAW
to create, edit, and enhance designs for presentations, marketing materials, and internal documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver
design solutions
aligned with organizational needs.
Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain knowledge base articles.
Ensure timely response and resolution of support tickets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Participate in training sessions and contribute to process improvements.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
BCA / MCA / B.Sc IT
(mandatory).
Minimum
2 years of hands-on experience
in
CorelDRAW designing
.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, troubleshooting methodologies, and customer support practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
