The Technical Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating technical teams, managing project schedules, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring timely delivery of technology solutions. The role requires excellent organizational skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with internal technical teams (developers, testers, IT support) and external vendors to ensure timely project execution.
Track project progress and maintain documentation.
Support deployment activities and monitor systems for performance and reliability.
Act as a bridge between technical and internal team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.
Assist in scheduling meetings, demos, and technical discussions.
Maintain and update technical documentation and training manuals.
Manage support and follow up for resolution with respective teams.
Assist in troubleshooting issues and escalate when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a technical support or coordination role.
