Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years (preferred in MEP coordination)

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) operations on site. Manage and oversee

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts)

for all technical services and equipment. Handle

vendor management

- including scheduling, follow-ups, performance reviews, and compliance tracking. Prepare and maintain

daily, weekly, and monthly reports

related to technical operations, maintenance activities, and vendor performance. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is carried out as per plan. Assist in budgeting and procurement related to technical services. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution of operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, AMC handling, and technical reporting. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and technical documentation. Willing to work from Infopark, Kakkanad (no food or accommodation provided).
