Pathcom is looking for a TECHNICAL & SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR with a minimum of 1 years proven track record in any Networking, IT Services, Video surveillance and Telecom & Internet companies.

JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Technical and support coordinator, you will be responsible for attending customer calls, sending responses, sharing the project reports, maintaining and managing the technical documentation, NOC monitoring etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and apply network solutions based on organizational needs
Strong understanding of networking protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Maintain and update technical documentation, including diagrams, plans and procedures.
Collect and manage incident reports (IR) to track and resolve technical issues.
Monitor Network Operation Center (NOC) activities and management to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, reports, and technical documentation.
Handle customer emails and inquiries promptly and professionally.
Work collaboratively with other teams like tendering and finance for procurement of required materials.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Diploma/ Engineering in Electronics & Communications , BSC Computer Science or Bachelor's degree in IT, MCA, BCA, BE
Networking concepts of LAN, WAN.
Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, Mac).
Quick learner, self-motivated, ability to work in a team.
Need to have good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of technical support, networking or IT infrastructure.
Experience in NOC monitoring and incident management.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
